Refunds
At Dan Williams Art, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. All efforts will be made to refund, return or exchange damaged, faulty or missing products.
Refunds and Returns
We offer refunds, replacements, or store credit in the following circumstances:
• The product is damaged on receipt.
• The product does not match the description shown at the time of purchase.
Please note:
• Change of mind is not covered under Australian Consumer Law; however, we may offer exchanges or store credit at our discretion.
• Custom or personalised prints or originals are non-refundable unless they are faulty or do not match the agreed specifications.
Process for Returns
1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
3. Return the product in its original packaging where possible.
We will assess your request and process a resolution as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved.
